Terms and conditions:
In the rental price it is not included the electricity consumption. Payment at consumation ( € 0.30 per 1 Kw).

Final cleaning 20,00 € per person (no daily cleaning is performed)
Minimum cleaning cost € 60,00

Linen change: weekly
Animals: allowed only small and medium size, prior sighted on payment of € 25 per animal.
Bail: € 200,00
WELL NOTE: in case of availability we can also rent the house even for a minimum stay of 3 days. The price will be agreed at reservation.
